Service Description
Individual training sessions in our training continuum from 6/30-7/30. Focus on introducing concepts of body awareness, coordination and fundamental athletic mechanics that reduces the potential for injury and makes sports fun! Because of the progressive nature of the program, a package is required, however there is opportunity to float times to the rain date(s) in case there is vacation or athletics issues. Those dates will be in August. Total participants capped at 12.

Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you review our attendance and cancellation policy before finalizing your registration: Weather Policy: Rain or Shine- Our clinic operates rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions of the day. In the event that weather conditions become sever or unsafe, the clinic will contact you directly at least 1 hour beforehand. If you do not here from us assume it is running as scheduled. Rain Dates will be communicated via email. Progressive Nature of the Clinic: Each session follows a progressive curriculum that builds directly upon the movements, skills and conditioning developed in the previous session. Because of the structured nature, missing sessions will add up and make it difficult to catch up. Routine misses (more than 2), scheduling conflicts or changes in personal availability will not be provided a make-up date. Make-up dates will be provided at coach's discretion. Cancellations and Rescheduling Exceptions: We do understand that life happens, however to maintain a high level of coaching each session is capped at 12 participants and all registrations are final. We do not offer rescheduling or refunds for routine scheduling conflicts, minor illnesses, or changes in personal availability. Exceptions to this include: a death in the family, a severe debilitating injury (must provide documentation from doctor) or prolonged illness (must proved documentation from doctor). If you experience any of these please contact the clinic at your earliest convenience and Coach JD will set up a plan with you moving forward.
